Caregivers keep their portable profiles and control organization-specific sharing. Private documents require separate access permission, and profile and document access is audited.

What this software does—and does not do

Modules are separately licensed per organization. Structured payer referrals require the Intake module; coordination and scheduling are planned.
EVV is timekeeping and payroll capture. It does not replace state Medicaid EVV aggregator submission. Location collection stops at clock-out.
Discovery requires candidate consent. A match is not a staffing commitment, and registry inclusion is not outreach consent.
Training completion evidence is separate from professional certification and school graduation.
